Cadran named the toy "Sir Chithari", after a renowned female knight from Faerûn, Sir Chithari the Shepherd. This knight had gained fame for successfully defending numerous farms against overwhelming troll forces. By naming the toy after her, Cadran hoped it would provide protection for his child.
While the stuffed animal may appear worthless to others, it holds immense emotional significance for Naldela.
