We, the server and website operator, collect data on access to the website based on our legitimate interest (see § 6 section 1 lit. f. GDPR) and store these data as "server log files" on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 14 days. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g., to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data has to be kept for evidence, it is excluded from deletion until the incident is clarified.
The storage of the IP address is solely to take countermeasures in case of attacks on the server, spam defense, and/or disregard of the general netiquette in the comment function, if enabled and is deleted with the log files of the server after 14 days. Contrary to all rumors of pointless contributions to a hate campaign, Matomo is in no way an "illegal tracker". Compared to an alternative by a known search engine provider, Matomo complies with all requirements of the GDPR in Germany and the UK, RGPD in France, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as described on matomo.org.
The legal basis for processing users' data is § 6, section 1 lit. f GDPR. The processing of the users' data enables us to analyze the usage behavior of our users. By evaluating the data obtained, we can compile information using the individual components of our website. This helps us to improve our websites and their user-friendliness constantly. Our legitimate interest in processing data under § 6 section 1 lit. f GDPR also lies in these purposes. By anonymizing the IP address, users' interest in protecting their data is sufficiently taken into account.
The data will be deleted after the final annual sums for the access statistics have been calculated.

To avoid cookies, Matomo is operated via the API with cookie functionality disabled!
We do not use other trackers under any circumstances!
Of course, you can opt-out of the data collection. Activate the setting Do-Not-Track or Do not follow in your browser. As long as this setting is active, our central Matomo server will not save any data from you.
Important: The Do-Not-Track instruction is usually only valid for the one device and the browser in which you activate the setting. If you use several devices/browsers, you have to activate Do-Not-Track everywhere separately.
Personal user profiles are not created.
We use Mautic as an add-on to Matomo. Mautic allows us to manage our social media channels, enable email notifications, and display small banners on the website without the hassle of programming our own.
We only use Open-Source software, which is installed on servers we run. Not a single bit will be shared with third parties.
On some posts on social media, we use unique URL parameters. You can recognize them because they start with utm_ in the URL. They convey to us certain information that is not necessary but always interesting. To make it easier for visitors to prevent these parameters, you can use AddOns for Firefox and Chrome to remove them automatically.

Sentry is an Open-Source error tracking that helps me (the operator of teleyal.blog) to monitor and fix crashes in real-time. It detects JavaScript errors, PHP script crashes directly on the server and measures the side loading speed. This makes troubleshooting significantly faster and helps keep the website running without too many glitches.

Revive Adserver is a free and Open-Source ad serving system. On teleyal.blog it is used to insert small, inconspicuous advertising banners at various places, e.g., to promote befriended artists and authors.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 section 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws.
